 Comment – This isn't a "text logo" – it's a screenshot from a television program, either when broadcast or from a DVD. But in any case, the current license shown is Template:PD-self and the permission field says: "Dual-licensed under the GFDL and CC-By-SA-2.5, 2.0, and 1.0", and the source says: "own work" Those would need to be changed in order for this to be kept under a public domain license. •  Keep - as noted above, ineligible for copyright. The fact that it might be cropped from a TV program does not affect it. As Senator2029 suggested, the statement "I, the copyright holder of this work, release this work into the public domain" should be changed, though. --whym (talk) 01:32, 7 October 2012 (UTC)
