This is complex (referring to the lines) and may meet the TOO in Canada. C3F2k (Questions, comments, complaints?) 14:56, 8 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Keep - Too simple to be copyrighted. --Sreejith K (talk) 15:41, 8 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Where's a source for your statement? Canada is common law and may have a lower threshold of originality than America. C3F2k (Questions, comments, complaints?) 14:47, 9 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Keep Canadian TOO is pretty close to the US as opposed to the UK. Fry1989 eh? 02:38, 13 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
That could be why User:Magog the Ogre/questionably PD-ineligible content has simple logos from Canada; it could mean he's not sure. C3F2k (Questions, comments, complaints?) 13:20, 15 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]

  •  Keep Ignoring Canada's TOO (which needs to be added at COM:TOO), Walmart logo was first designed and published in the US. The country of origin still being the US. Tbhotch 20:03, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
The American Wal-Mart logo should also be deleted. There is a difference in the size of the lines from end to end, and I doubt it could be PD-textlogo on that basis. C3F2k (Questions, comments, complaints?) 18:35, 22 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
File:New Walmart Logo.svg is below the TOO of the United States, deleting it would be silly, and teh Canadian one is a derivative of the US one and also below Too, both US and Canadian. Fry1989 eh? 18:59, 22 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Keep - Too simple to be copyrighted. This and all other Walmart logos were originally designed and published in the United States, and they fail to comply with that country's threshold of originality. Fails both the American and Canadian thresholds of originality. - Seth Allen (discussion/contributions), Monday, July 9, 2012, 17:48 UTC.

Kept: per discussion. MBisanz talk 01:48, 20 August 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Keep. The logo cannot be deleted on that reason, because it is used. Taivo (talk) 15:07, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
