This accreditation enables you to demonstrate specific People Analytics competency while increasing confidence among your peers. Obtaining the SHRM Specialist Credential is an investment in your professional growth. Duration and costs Upon purchase, you can access the SHRM educational platform to complete the online modules (5 modules that take 1-2 hours).
